This includes parent or guardian contact details, the student's first name and age, cubing experience, practice habits, goals, and any notes you choose to share about how your child learns best.
We may also collect basic technical information such as pages visited and general location derived from an IP address, used only to understand site performance.
How We Use Information
Application information is used to assess programme fit, prepare for a consultation, and deliver coaching if a place is offered. Contact details are used to reply to you and to send scheduling and programme communications.
Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Children's Information
Applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We ask for a student's first name only, and we do not require sensitive documentation.
We do not sell student information, and we do not publish a student's name, image, video, or results without separate written parental consent.
Sharing and Storage
Information is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers. We share information with service providers only to the extent needed to operate the business, such as email delivery and scheduling, and we require them to protect it.
We retain application data for as long as needed to assess fit and meet record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about your family, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
